    • Simplified user interfaces designed for accessibility

    Who May Use Our Service

    Eligibility

    • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

    • If you are under 18, you must have parental consent

    • Family members may create accounts on behalf of elderly relatives with appropriate authorization

    Account Types

    • Primary Users: The person who will be using the device and receiving calls/reminders

    • Family Members: Authorized individuals who can manage settings and share content

    • Account Managers: Family members with administrative privileges

    User Accounts and Security

    Account Creation

    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    Family Authorization

    • Primary users or their legal guardians must authorize family member access

    Important Disclaimers

    • Not Medical Advice: Our medication reminder feature is a tool only and does not provide medical advice

    • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for taking medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider

    • No Liability: We are not responsible for missed doses, incorrect dosages, or medical complications.  We are not responsible if the reminders fail to pop up, our alert the user.  This feature is meant to ONLY SERVE AS A SUPPLEMENT TO OTHER MEDICATION COMPLIANCE METHODS.

    • Emergency Situations: Do not rely on our Service for emergency medical situations - call 911

    • Medication information you enter is stored securely

    • Only authorized family members can view this information

    • You may delete or modify medication reminders at any time
